About World Enneagram

World Enneagram is an introductory website offered by ABP Consulting, a training organisation founded in 2003 in Nice by Alain Palacios. Our conviction: the Enneagram is too useful to remain the preserve of specialists. We present it here for everyone, employees and the simply curious alike, in five languages, in a playful yet rigorous way.

Alain Palacios, director of ABP Consulting, trainer and coach, is a certified master coach. He founded ABP in 2003 after 14 years of salaried experience, and trained in NLP, the Enneagram, nonviolent communication and motivational neuroscience. Every year, ABP trains managers, teams and individuals in management, communication and self-knowledge, with an average satisfaction score of 9.2 out of 10.

The content of this website is original writing by the ABP team, structured according to the classic criteria for presenting the nine bases: core motivation, fear, desire, compulsion, passion, virtue, zones of comfort and stress, wings, integration and disintegration, and keys to communication.
