Enneagram Method: know yourself better and develop your potential (e-learning)
The first level of the ABP Enneagram pathway: the history and functioning of the tool, the fundamental concepts (triads, profiles, integration and disintegration, wings), the 9 profiles and their core motivations, and how to identify your own base and develop your potential. Open to everyone, no prerequisites.
Know yourself better to communicate better and assert yourself
ABP's signature course on self-knowledge: discovery of the Enneagram and the 9 profiles during the first two days, everyone's strengths and watch points in communication, then a third day, a few weeks later, devoted to putting it into practice and to the Enneagram questionnaire. Open to everyone, no prerequisites.
Managing with the Enneagram
For managers who already know the tool: identify the profiles in your team and adapt your communication, your feedback, your delegation and your motivation to each base. Full details are on our Manager Enneagram website.
